Starbucks will begin a phased-in nationwide rollout on Tuesday of its Trenta cup size that can be filled with slightly more than a litre's worth of iced beverages such as coffee, tea and lemonade. Starbucks Corp. says Trenta, which means 30 in Italian, will be 878 grams and cost about 50 US cents more than the 567-gram Venti size. The new cups will be introduced in the South and Southwest beginning on Tuesday, in California on Feb 3 and expanding nationwide by May 3. The expansion comes after the cafe chain tested the 878 grams cup in several markets last year, including Phoenix, Tampa, Florida, and Atlanta. -- AP
