The Tanjong Pagar GRC resident was one of the earliest to arrive at her designated polling station in Kim Tian Road to cast her vote for Singapore's next president. 'I was disappointed that I couldn't have a say during GE but this vote is just as important. The president need to be someone who can represent Singapore and its people,' said the 64-year-old who last voted in the 1993 presidential election. Long-time resident Madam Guo Lizhen, 75, said in Mandarin: 'I lived here since I was seven. We'd had so many walkovers but since I had the chance to vote, I decided to come ...
