'Even if we don't get good results, I still feel proud that really, we've given our best,' said Dr Tan. The 71-year-old had told the media earlier in the day that he was confident of his chances on Saturday night. Dr Tan was speaking to his entourage and reporters while waiting to depart for the first counting centre at South View Primary School.
