Customers who use the M1 supplied thumb-sized dongle to connect their laptops to the Internet will no longer get unlimited data bundled with their mobile broadband plans. Instead, they will be charged based on usage, tiered at 5GB, 12GB and 50GB of bundled data. The basic tier allowing users to download up to 5GB of data at a theoretical speed of 7.2Mbps costs $12 per month. The typical download speed for this package ranges from 600kbps to 4.8Mbps.
