PSI back in unhealthy range

SINGAPORE: Singapore's air quality is back in the unhealthy range after the three-hour Pollutant Standards Index (PSI) reading hit 103 at 11am on Wednesday. The PSI reading has been climbing steadily since morning. The PSI reading at 6am was 77, down from 134 at midnight. It climbed to 78 at 7am and 80 and 8am. At 9am, it hit 84 before rising to 91 at 10am. The three-hour PSI readings are calculated based on PM10 concentrations only.
