New council to tackle filthy toilets and littering #Singapore

Dustbins are no longer readily available in all public places. How are we able to keep clean as authorities and responsibilities are afraid to place dustbins at convenient places? Dustbins with covers like at SingPost also do not help Singapore keep clean. There are smartphones, we probably need to innovate for smartbins! Toilets should be deemed as a priority and not a liability. Toilets islandwide need sprucing up with good maintenance contracts at coffee-shops, malls, MRT stations, bus interchanges and even schools for toddlers, kindergartens, primary, secondary and varsities, where cubicles need be spic and span to rid of spiderwebs, cockroaches, dust and stains from bodily waste. Signages to toilets need be clearly and strategically displayed. School-going kids from a tender age need be shown respect with available good, clean toilets where flushing system works well ...
