Are you looking forward to tapping on the OneInbox service? #reachsg

As early as next year, citizens will start receiving government letters and bills via a new electronic mailbox, known as OneInbox. The new system will offer greater convenience to citizens as they are able to receive government correspondence or pay bills even from overseas as long as they have an Internet connection. Another advantage of OneInbox is that it allows users to set SMS or e-mail alerts each time new government notices arrive. The mailbox is personalised for each citizen and can be accessed by using a SingPass ID and password on the soon-to-be-revamped eCitizen website. The Government expects about 250,000 citizens to be on OneInbox in the first year, doubling to 500,000 in the second year, and increasing to 800,000 in the third. Are you looking forward to tapping on the OneInbox service? Share your thoughts with us.
