Yam Ah Mee practises bhangra for Sunday's Circle Line musical

Singapore's favourite GE star Yam Ah Mee returns to the stage as a musical performer in a pre-launch event for the Circle Line on Sunday. -- ST PHOTO: NG SOR LUAN By Gurveen Kaur Expect to see People Association's chief executive director Yam Ah Mee wiggle his hips and feet to bhangra music as he is set to perform in the Circle Line musical on Sunday. On Friday, The Straits Times Online caught Mr Yam swinging into action as he rehearsed his role for the Celebrate Life On The Circle Line musical. The musical will take place on Sunday at the Buona Vista Circle Line station at 10am, as part of the free public preview of the Circle Line stations. Along with television personalities Irene Ang, Chua Enlai and Alaric Tay, an enthusiastic Mr Yam will do a little dancing with the Kolam Ayer CC Bhangra Troupe. Be prepared to see Mr Yam in a different light as he ditches his trademar...
