The Canberra Primary School pupil had only three weeks to go before the Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE). After chancing upon a flier in her letter box, Mrs Tan decided to hire a tutor for daily two-hour sessions for a fortnight, until the PSLE ends on Wednesday.
