People in Singapore might not have to wait too long either, as the country's three telcos - SingTel, StarHub and M1 - have all started technical trials of 4G equipment. And two weeks ago , the Government, in documents released online, said it will auction off several lots of wireless spectrum as early as next year. Each lot - the documents suggest there will be at least four, although the number has not been finalised - will allow a successful bidder to roll out a commercial nationwide 4G network to consumers.
