BoA agrees to $522.6 million settlement 10:00 AM NEW YORK - BANK of America (BoA) is agreeing to pay US$410 million (S$522.6 million) to settle a lawsuit about overdraft fees. A spokesman for the largest US bank said on Saturday that it is 'pleased to reach a fair resolution' to the case.
