Under Brunei laws, it is unclear whether its legal for a company to fire a worker over negative comments posted online, whether its Facebook, a blog, or other social networking sites. But in countries like the US, there has recently been widespread confusion over what workers can or cannot post, leading to a surge of more than 100 complaints at the US National Labour Relations Board in the past year.
