Sunlight Makes You More Willing to Take Risks A study at an outdoor parking lot in Singapore shows that the sunnier the weather, the more severe are drivers' parking violations, and an analysis of 40 years of Major League Baseball data reveals that stolen-base attempts are more likely during day games than night games, says a team led by Nicholas Reinholtz of Columbia University.
