SPCA offering $1,000 reward for information on 2 kittens' deaths in Marsiling

In a statement to the media, the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) said one of the kittens, which had black fur, was found with its skull smashed and flattened. The other kitten, a tabby, suffered a traumatic impact to its head and neck. The SPCA is offering a reward of $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the person or people responsible. Those who can help can call the SPCA at 62875355 ext 9. Cruelty to animals is a crime in Singapore. Under the Animals and Birds Act, anyone who is found guilty of such an offence can be imprisoned for up to 12 months, fined up to $10...
