Thailand's Total Access plans to delist from SGX

BANGKOK - Total Access Communication, Thailand's second-largest mobile phone operator by subscribers, plans to delist from the Singapore stock exchange in three years, chief financial officer Vanna Pornsinsiriruk said on Tuesday. She told reporters there was little benefit for the company from the dual listing in Singapore. Total Access' board has approved a plan to change the company's listing status in Singapore from a primary to a secondary listing, the first step in effort to delist. The company is looking to increase its debt levelas it is currently underleveraged, Ms Pornsinsiriruk added. - Dow Jones
