COE prices for cars up to 1,600cc ended at $56,112, up noticeably from $50,289 two weeks ago. COE prices for cars above 1,600cc finished at $75,889, appreciably higher than the previous $63,600. Both were the highest levels seen this year. The Open COE, which can be used to register any type of vehicle but ends up mainly for cars, shot up to $73,600 - from last fortnight's $65,058.
