SCHOOLBOY Low Wei Jie, the 13-year-old Holy Innocents' High School student (far right) won the hearts of Singaporeans last year when he braved heavy rain and ran 15km from Punggol to Hougang to take photographs of the Youth Olympic Games (YOG) torch relay. The 13-year-old Holy Innocents' High School student won the hearts of Singaporeans last year when he braved heavy rain and ran 15km from Punggol to Hougang to take photographs of the Youth Olympic Games (YOG) torch relay. This time on Dec 4, it will be the finish line he will aim for when he takes part in the marathon's new 5km category after being invited by the organisers.
