However, the 17-year-old is now among more than 200 first- and second-year students at Singapore Polytechnic (SP) who are taking compulsory weekly two-hour sports classes under a pilot scheme - and enjoying it. He signed up for a 'cardiomix' module which involves dance, kickboxing and other cardiovascular exercises.
