Children starved & beaten so badly that their brains shrank from malnutrition

Though not as horrific, but just as disgusting, is the consistent and lenient sentencing in Australia for terrible crimes. These children were so badly tortured for such a long time, but the court has again given more thought to the criminals than the victims or the expectations of the public. Just to show that I am not biased, I am Australian. I know what is happening in this country. I am so ashamed. I wish there was still caning and capital punishment. All these social criminology experts, psychology and justice experts and other experts have self interests or are just stupid in causing the light sentencing. Wish there could still be caning, hard labour, and captial punishment instead of all sorts of luxry for criminals in prision, like TVs, fancy exercise facilities, holidays, days out, computers, Internet access, ... Some even run a business or plan other criminal act...
