Flexible work arrangements should become a 'must-have' in the future, says Hawazi Daipi

The study was commissioned by the Employer Alliance and conducted by sociologist Paulin Straughan. Mr Hawazi Daipi, senior parliamentary secretary for manpower, said it has become more important for employers to offer work-life policies, in the face of intensifying competition and rapid change. Flexibility makes businesses more attractive and resilient, and allows better staff retention, he noted. 'At some point in the future, flexible work arrangements will no longer be a 'good or nice to have' but rather a 'must-have', he said in his speech. Please enable JavaScript to ...
