A workgroup will assess whether more can be done to 'fine-tune' the National Physical Fitness Assessment (Napfa). At the moment, it is very similar to the Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) used by the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). However, the IPPT does not include the sit-and-reach component.
