SINGAPORE: Singapore beat Cambodia 2-1 in a SEA Games, Group A football match in Indonesia on Wednesday. Cambodia led Singapore 1-0 at halftime. Khairul Nizam scored the equaliser for Singapore in the second half and Navin Neil Vanu lifted the Young Lions to a 2-1 advantage against Cambodia 11 minutes before full-time. Earlier Wednesday, Malaysia defeated Thailand in another Group A match. Izzaq Faris Ramlan's late strike saw Malaysia walk out 2-1 winners against Thailand. - CNA/ir
