Gross domestic product grew 14.5 per cent last year, a shade lower than the initial 14.7 per cent estimate, said the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI). The MTI also said that the 2009 recession was not as bad as previously thought, with the economy contracting by just 0.8 per cent compared with an earlier estimate of 1.3 per cent.
