SINGAPORE: Singapore actress Jeanette Aw, who suffered a nasty scratch on her left cheek during a filming accident in Malaysia on Wednesday, is recovering well and will likely be spared any facial scars. "The good news is I'm recovering quite well. The swelling has subsided and it doesn't look as bad as yesterday. "There is still a red mark across my cheek but there isn't a cut mark so I believe scarring won't happen. I saw the doctor when I arrived back in Singapore, so I'm in good hands," Aw told channelnewsasia.com on Thursday. Aw, who plays a member of an opera troupe in "Destiny in her Hands", was shooting a scene where she tussles with her Malaysian co-star who accidentally raked her fingernails across Aw's left cheek during the staged fracas.
