Singaporeans are not just economic digits #sgpolitics #sgelections #sgelection

In the next GE, the party closest to grabbing a seat in parliament after WP would be SDP. I can identify with the key figures in SDP and I am convinced they are serious and mature people dealing with serious political and human rights matters. Especially in GE2011, they have almost completely revamped their party image. They have a leader who doesn’t claim credit but let his team do their jobs. More importantly, they gave me confidence that they are in it for the long hall. I don’t get that feeling from NSP unfortunately. I reckon there are a few things they must do from now to next GE to stand any chance: 1) Revamp your party image. Move away from that olden days lelong image like SPP, SDA, PKMS etc. Currently you look more like an activist group than a serious political alternative. 2) Decide who is your leader.
