I am divorced and my fully paid up flat -4 room in Macpherson (my initial payment was $103,00 with accurred CPF interest it will be $155,000. The court has awarded the flat to my ex wife for $75,000 (That is the amount she has to pay for me to transfer my share to her) With this amount my CPF goes back to $123,000 the minimum required which will be parceled out to me at 65 on a monthly. Flat valued at $380,000 open market. Pap assumes everybody will live up to 85 years.. like MM. Possible, If i have a doctor in attendence everyday, one for diarrahoe and one for constipation accompanying me. Or to fly me out from anywhere without subscribing to travel insurance. Where do I stand with $123,000?. Take another loan at 56 years to buy a flat I cannot afford and be in debt again?, Wait 2 years for a rental flat?, Try my luck with BTOs, Studios flats ?
