The police are looking for information on the whereabouts of 18-year-old Loo Ian Tong, who was last seen at Plaza Singapura Shopping Mall on Nov 23 at about 9.30pm. -- PHOTO: SPF The police are looking for information on the whereabouts of 18-year-old Loo Ian Tong, who was last seen at Plaza Singapura Shopping Mall on Nov 23 at about 9.30pm. Ms Loo is about 1.65m tall, with a medium build, tan complexion and short black hair. She was last seen wearing a long-sleeved light blue T-shirt, blue knee-length jeans and white canvas shoes. Anyone with information on her whereabouts can call the police hotline at 1800-255-0000.
