By age three, they can tell if you'll be a criminal

I feel that determining "which children have the potential to be trouble" at the mere age of three and introducing treatment right away is way too early. Even if a child throws tantrums or becomes impatient easily (at an age below 5), no way should this mean that they have "seeds of criminal and anti-social behaviour". Nobody in this world have an unlimited level of tolerance. It is possible that most people all have violence tendencies since we all have impatience, though of different magnitude, and may act impulsively. Children are still very impressionable and innocent. Whether crimes are committed is in fact a matter of self-control over these impulsive tendencies, which is one of the key things we are constantly learning in the process of growing up.
