"Already Famous", a film about a Malaysian girl who goes to Singapore to chase her dreams of stardom, cost Chong a pretty penny to make. But she revealed that it would have cost even more without the help of her many celebrity friends such as Patricia Mok, Pornsak as well as Cynthia Koh, praising them for their generosity. "A lot of my industry friends have been very supportive. All of them were very willing and some said 'Yes, what role do you have for me? You don't need to pay me'," Chong gushed.
