Tseng ready to party at the Garden

SINGAPORE - When the curtain comes up on the HSBC Women's Champions 2011 at the Tanah Merah Country Club this morning, there is little doubt all eyes will be trained on flight No 17. Teeing off just after 10am at the Garden Course, the four-strong group features a 22-year-old Taiwan-native whose red hot form this year has fuelled new flights of fancy. Tseng Yani (picture) has won all four events she has taken part this year, including the Honda LPGA Thailand last week, sending her soaring up to the top of the world rankings. Some have wondered when her win-streak will come to its inevitable end, while others mull over the possibility of Tseng continuing her break away from the pack, and becoming the next dominant woman golfer after Annika Sorenstam and Lorena Ochoa, both of whom have retired.
