SPCA seeking info on 3 shih tzus abandoned at Lorong Halus near Pasir Ris, which later died despite medical attention

Three shih tzus bearing signs of neglect, which were found in an open field at Lorong Halus near Pasir Ris, have died despite the efforts of a vet to feed them intravenously over the weekend. The dogs, a male and two females, are thought to be aged between eight and 10. They were microchipped, but the chips could not be traced to any of the three main databases maintained by the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (AVA), the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) and Pet-Call, a commercial pet recovery service. The SPCA is appealing to anyone with information on the dogs or the chips to get in touch with it. The male and one female had tan medium coats, and the other female, a black-and-tan short coat.
