Terri Chua Teck Hee, 48, was also ordered to pay $2,000 compensation to Ms Toh Lai Chin, 46. The training consultant pleaded guilty last month to being the owner of the mongrel, Mon Mon, which caused injury to Ms Toh. She was tuning the piano at Chua's home at Berwick Drive in Serangoon Gardens on March 18, when she felt a bite behind her thigh and saw the dog barking at her. The dog then bit her on her left wrist and let go. It was only after she shouted for help that Chua's son came and pulled the dog away. Ms Toh suffered bite marks on her left hand and thighs, and scratch marks over her right ankle. She was given a total of 43 days medica...
