The two countries on Wednesday signed a partial visa abolition agreement. It will have to be ratified by both governments before ordinary passport holders from both countries can visit the other for business or tourism, visa-free. Now, Singaporeans with ordinary passports need a visa, that costs $30, to visit Brazil but not vice versa.
