Liew Chee Meng, 35, is alleged to have committed 455 charges between 2007 and early 2011. The total amount involved is $617,087. He is said to have forged approval documents for purchases of gift vouchers, which he then used for his personal purchases. They were uncovered by the MHA following audits undertaken in the wake of the Singapore Land Authority fraud involving two officers who have since been jailed.
