The aircon also automatically switches off & can't be turned on at all after 6pm. This is less of an issue when most workers are out, the workstations are not functioning, & the building's windows are not sealed shut. However, in a typical modern OFFICE (not one's own home), 24°C is actually too hot, even when most ppl are out, 'cos the server/printer/copier/fax/machines etc. are running. Those with basic ICT knowledge would know that the server room/area itself has 24/7 aircon (& Also, cold-prone folks are lucky in the sense that it is much easier to put on more clothing, than for other folks to tear off one's skin, or for a machine to rip off its own ele...
