SINGAPORE - Commuters affected by last month's train disruptions have been asked to provide their account of the breakdowns, their observations of "what went right and what went wrong" and suggestions for improvements. Transport operator SMRT made the call for the public's input yesterday as it announced the composition of its internal investigation team to look into the disruptions on Dec 15 and 17. The team, commissioned by the SMRT's board, commenced work officially yesterday, the SMRT said. It had earlier announced that its independent director Ong Ye Kung, who is also the assistant secretary general of the National Trades Union Congress, will lead the team.
