Its spokesman said the decision was based on the lower shopper volume late at night, as well as a shortage of workers to man its only 24-hour outlet. Customers of Challenger who are on its mailing list received an e-mail last Friday telling them the Funan outlet's operating hours will be from 10am to 10pm from next Sunday.
