The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (Iras) is planning to introduce a Simplified Income Tax Return form for small companies with an annual turnover of not more than $500,000, revealed Mrs Lim Hwee Hua, Second Minister for Finance and Transport, in Parliament on Monday. About 60 per cent of companies in Singapore will benefit from this move, said Mrs Lim, who is also Minister in the Prime Minister's Office.
