'For one hour, I was fighting the waves': Bintan survivor

The wife (in black) of Mr Mohamad Yusof Ghazali leaving the cemetery in Tanjung Pinang, Bintan, yesterday after her husband was buried. The funeral was attended by friends and relatives who made their way to Bintan from Singapore. Mr Mohamad Yusof and Mr Yusuf Michel, who was buried in Batam, drowned after high waves struck while they were swimming last Saturday
