took up a part-time job for an event at Kudeta restaurant, but was suddenly dismissed along with other part-timers after being 'lured' to the carpark on the pretext of collecting ice. The STOMPer elaborates: "Kudeta restaurant on the 57th storey of MBS hired 300 part-timers for a function for $12 an hour from 6pm-2am. "But on the day itself, there were many more part-timers who registered on the spot. "After we were assigned our jobs and started our shift, the restaurant management then called groups to go down to Basement 1 of MBS to help collect some ice. "We waited in the hot and stuffy carpark for almost an hour before more batches of people joined us. "They were told that they were assigned a different job and were "lured" to the carpark just like us. We were then sacked with a paid salary of 4 hours.
