Singapore roads doesn't have "cave-ins" we have "cavities".

SINGAPORE - A 25m stretch spanning two lanes of Bukit Timah Road towards Woodlands Road was closed to traffic for the most part of yesterday after what the Land Transport Authority (LTA) described as cavities were spotted along the drain embankment and its surrounding area. The closure of the lanes, near the junction of Bukit Timah Road and Clementi Road, caused a traffic tailback on the four-lane Bukit Timah Road to Blackmore Drive yesterday afternoon. A motorist, who wanted to be known only as Mr Koh, 30, was driving past King Albert Park at about 1am yesterday when he saw a "cave-in" on the lane closest to the canal. The LTA said it was carrying out grouting work "for safety reasons" to fill up the cavities encountered along the drain embankment and its surroundings.
