WDA Rolls Out Two New Productivity Programmes: Up to 90% of course fee subsidies provided.
Workers who wish to raise their productivity can tap on 2 new programmes by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) . The first programme is aimed at professionals, managers, executives and technicians. It is called the Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Certified Associate Operations Executive programme . A target batch of 300 trainees will, over a period of 2 years, learn how to manage people, processes and projects. The WDA will subsidise 70% of course fees. The second programme – WSQ Certified Productivity and Innovation Specialist – is for operational-level and rank-and-file workers.
