PM Lee delivers his Chinese New Year message

By Shawn Lee Miller RazorTV Sunday, Jan 22, 2012 Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong kick started the Chinese New Year festivities on Saturday as he officially opened the River Hongbao 2012 at the Marina Bay Floating Platform. Speaking to reporters after watching the performances and touring the carnival, PM Lee gave his Chinese New Year message to Singaporeans. "I hope the dragon year will bring good luck and prosperity to Singapore and I hope Singaporean parents will bring many babies for us during the dragon year, I can see it coming" said PM Lee. This year's River Hongbao will see possibly the largest scale lantern display in South East Asia with more than 60 lanterns on display and will be on from the 21st to the 29th of January from 12 noon to 11.30pm.
