For those who are too heavy, just walk at your own pace for 2 hrs a day.Can lose about 1.5kg/mth.That worked for me from 102kg to 78kg in 10 mths.You can do more exercise(cycle, weight train) as you get lighter,but i think one should not strain too much, or the motivation will fade when you think about how painful the last exercise session was.Jogging hurt my knees,back and hip joints,so I stopped that.Walking long distance can be boring, so bring the mp3 player,or walk safely the routes with changing landscapes, people watch or have something to think about(you may get a brilliant idea or solution to your questions).
