The United States and international rights campaigners have sought the unconditional release of Nguyen Van Ly, whose 12-month medical leave from prison is due to expire on Tuesday of next week. 'According to the regulations, once his health is returned to normalcy, he will have to return to the prison,' Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesman Nguyen Phuong Nga told AFP. She did not clarify what decision has been taken in Ly's case but said: 'It seems to me that he's in stable conditio...
