Unfair discrimination of Malays in NS. Because I can, and fuck you.

Its interesting that a civil servant needs to put up 101 papers proposing the adoption of a new policy, three quotes to procure an item below $3000, Invitation to quote for amounts above that, breakdowns and financial justifications in buying the actual item, 50 meetings before agreeing to buy the item, councils, working groups and sometimes ministers consulted in allowing the item to be used in everyday operational scope with financial backing and justifications included… Yet when it comes to national/organisational policies involving race and religion, no studies are done (or not transparent). A lot of policies seem to be adopted based on "gut feel". An assumption that a Malay Singaporean Citizen will "side with the enemy", is not just discriminative and racist, it is a totally unscientific assumption with no studies or discussions conducted among academics, community le...
