Singapore, Malaysia's 'food fight' over yusheng rages on

A local university's adjunct associate professor Tan Wee Cheng writes on his Facebook page calling for a brainstorming session on local cultural icons which he wants to see in the Unesco Intangible Cultural Heritage list. He refers to the 'ritual and custom of serving yusheng' as one of the six possible heritage items. Jan 3, 2012 In his weekly column in The New Paper, Makansutra's K.F.
