China industrial growth set to slow.

SINGAPORE: China's industrial growth is likely to slow down this quarter as the global economy cools and Europe's debt crisis worsens. That's the warning from the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It said small plants and manufacturers will find this year particularly tough because of rising input costs and difficulties in recruiting. According to the ministry, industrial output in China is expected to grow by 11 per cent this year, down from the 13.9 percent expansion in 2011. It's expecting global demand to be weak this year, with volatile commodity prices and financial markets. Like most other economies in Asia, the uncertain global outlook is a key concern.
