Seems Airbus A380 is very jinxed. Singapore-bound Qantas A380 rolled off course due to steering issue

SYDNEY - A Qantas A380 flight was delayed for safety checks after a steering problem during takeoff from London which saw the superjumbo veer off course, a spokeswoman for the airline said Sunday. The Singapore-bound jet carrying 435 people had to return to the terminal after two failed take-off attempts due to a "steering issue", the Qantas spokeswoman said. The flight, QF10, was delayed by four-and-a-half hours. "As a safety precaution the aircraft returned to bay after take-off roll," she said. The plane had rolled off course but it was travelling at low speed and had not left the runway as was being reported by some Australian media outlets, she added. "Following multiple checks by engineers the aircraft departed safely and without incident," she said.
