A few key suburban projects powered homes sales. Including executive condominiums, sales were even higher at 2,077 units. Top-selling projects include Watertown in Punggol which sold 770 units at a median price of $1,169 per sq ft (psf), The Hillier in Upper Bukit Timah which sold 387 units at $1,289 psf and Parc Rosewood in Woodlands, which moved 198 apartments at $951 psf.
